NES 2.0 Mapper 427 denotes VT369-based handheld plug'n play consoles from that connect an I²C-based protection chip to the VT369's GPIO port at $4148 (submapper 0, e.g. The Oregon Trail)/$4150 (submapper 1, e.g. Lexibook Cyber Arcade Pocket (JL1895)). Additionally, if the NES 2.0's PRG-NVRAM field indicates a size of 512 bytes, a 24C04 EEPROM is connected to the GPIO port at $4150.
